Nice layout but for the bath tub on the 1st floor and the main bedrooms on the 3rd. but that seems to be common practice in small Japanese houses. . I believe because the surroundings cannot provide nice views to see from inside the house, architects felt obliged to chose small and uninteresting windows, which make the interiors a bit too dull.
