		<description>Its no glittering jewel, and the program seems pretty ad hoc, but the &quot;2-for-1&quot; aspect of the project (this was constructed from the discarded formwork from another commission) is pretty great...that each project influenced the other (rather than the pool being purely a by-product of the other project).  </description>

It is poorly constructed, there is nothing inspiring about its form, the water looks dirty and it might be a safety hazard. Where&#039;s the design? Why build something like this? Why publish it? Why am I writing this comment? </description>
