		<description>Coming from a more conventional building background, I find this construction most interesting. My questions would be price per sqm, longevity of materials and how is the watershed handled? 
 
I know these questions are a little on the petty side but I do love the look. </description>

		<description>Depending on the gauge and the local climate corten steel can last quite a while. 50-75 years. The difference between corten and regular steel is that the fast acting rust and oxidation actually helps protect the steel below. It, however, is not the ideal cladding near seawater.
