This time last year Dezeen focussed on car design, filming a movie about the Jaguar C-X75 electric concept car, boosted by jet engines, and rounding up our top ten cars of all time from the pages of Dezeen.
We also published a series of pavilions along the Ruta del Peregrino pilgrimage route in Mexico including a concrete ring for sheltering in the forest and a spiralling look-put point.
Meanwhile Norwegian architects Snøhetta unveiled their design for an extension to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Scott Wilson shared his story about raising a million dollars through crowd-funding to develop his LunaTik product that converts the Apple iPod Nano into a multi-touch watch.
