The renders look a little bit depressing for a youth centre! If it’s supposed to be about fun and interaction I definitely don’t get that feeling from the images.

I love it! I think this is a great idea of using transparent cladding to resolve solar access and privacy impact issues. it also visually reduced the mass and bulk of conventional concrete block buildings.
This material should be more experimented on in-fill developments in higher density urban centre areas.
