		<description>In one of my old Wired mags someone commented about the problem of Outsourcing: how it was like building a skyscraper by borrowing materials from the lower floors. This reminded of that comment.  
 
Kudos for making such an interesting &#8212;though slightly disturbing&#8212; facade. </description>

		<description>It&#039;s hard to give meaningful commentary on the design without an understanding of the interior/section (although I do think the exterior elevations are pretty successful, some nice variations using the same design language)...but I can definitely give kudos on the street level, non-deceptive renderings...it&#039;s great to see works honestly presented in their context.  </description>
