Like the design and concept a lot. The architecture and spaces looks exciting.Will the deliberate and decisive use of architecture encourages social and learning interaction? It may help but it won’t be the only factor. Seeing the illustrations, the med students will have a very nice building to hone their skills, eventually – nice.

These renders are clearly made to show the interior spaces and their potential and not to be hyperrealistic in its urban context with all the distortions and distractions. People focus on the lack of realism of the rendered glass, they seem to overlook the transparency of entire buildings in the context…

Renders are a lot like photos on dating sites. Sadly they often have only a passing acquaintance with reality.

This is going to be an awesome building, but is not going to look like that. Glass is never that transparent because of the reflection it generates. Light in renders, heavy in reality.
