Should the realisation half way match the rhetorical hyperbole it will a great leap forward for this much abused part of London.

Can't see a mountain-biking section of the Velopark on the opposite side of the A12 in that rendering, though a rendering isn't much to go on. Here's hoping they stick to their guns with the original plans come the legacy conversion.
