It’s a great concept! Ironically, however, the video is not captioned. I have a deaf friend who is also a wheelchair user and would have benefited from watching captions of the video. Please add captions! Thanks!

This is an awesome idea to help and make PWD’s more comfortable when air traveling. I like the idea that they have a chair that could be affixed on the plane. However, can non-PWD use the seat slot if no one will avail of it? Are there any airlines using this already?
