I don’t think that it is an easy task to have an old traditional building and you renew it, but here they really did a great job by turning it into a modern interesting building. It takes a creative architect to do that! The conceptual diagram is very nice explaining the additive volumes to the existing. The spaces created for youth are amazing, I think this will encourage them to be more creative to just be in a space like that. Also I like the choice of the color as it means something to the people there. I can observe a contrast of the choices of materials and textures between inside and outside, how outside gives a traditional rough texture while inside a smooth modern texture.

Good job indeed. Would have nice though to mention Siza’s Van Middelem-Dupont house in Belgium as their inspiration (especially for the corner window solution).
