Irregular shape, rugged grey walls and a striking silhouette. This is likely to be an interesting property that will not be found anywhere else. Although it certainly reflects the grey and dry look of most English countryside, it still exudes a certain kind of charm. Despite its cold, country exterior, its interior is very modern with glass and sliding doors, as well as a balcony with metal railings. With a few more amenities and some gardens, this property will be much awed over.

It looks like Gort Scott were inspired by Alison and Peter Smithson's Upper Lawn Pavilion.

I’ll be redundant, yet this is the word: b e a u t i f u l . Let alone it is the first Isle of Man new construction to be ever published in an architectural website, upon my knowledge. The warm interiors complement very well the rather austere, contextual shell. Congratulations to the architect!

I love the materials but the design isn't terribly exciting and I agree with Vrijehand about the interiors.

Nice work on the outside, but a bit dissapointing on the inside. Was expecting some strong materials matching the outside. Guess the house will age nicely in time!
