It's a wonderful design and it's really lovely inside (communal areas). However, I've photographed a few of the apartments and personally I wouldn't want to live in them. There is, as someone above pointed out, very little space and the odd triangle "study" sections arent at all practical for square-based furniture! Obviously the further up you go the nicer the apartments get. The lower ones are pretty standard and look straight out onto other people.

Looking at the plan there is hardly any space for possessions besides two beds, a table and a couch. Looking at the photo, the living room seems huge. Where is the trick?

I really like landscaping and communal areas; urban design is very nice. Internal layouts of the flats are not very convincing. Some bedrooms have very small wardrobes, generally there is a lack of storage and lots of space is taken by long corridors inside the bedrooms. Also, the entrance to most of the flats starts with long narrow corridors without any provision for wardrobe/storage.
