		<description>Twenty-two storeys? Santa Monica has development height restrictions. Who are they kidding? I like his work and Santa Monica would be a logical place, but I can&#039;t believe anything that might set precedence would or could ever be built. Nothing this tall since the Welk Building in the 1960s has gotten a variance.    </description>

		<description>Beekman Tower, Eisenhower Memorial, New World Center and now the Facebook campus are all very different projects. Face it, his current work is actually something very different from what he was doing with Bilbao and Disney Concert Hall.   </description>
