		<description>But Dezeen isn&#039;t promoting BIG by publishing this - it&#039;s just informing its readers of a large commission given to an architecture office. If this article was stating something about how amazing BIG&#039;s proposal will be or the office&#039;s work in general, then I would agree that it&#039;s propaganda; this is like getting upset at BBC for reporting on the Syrian conflict too much! </description>
