But Dezeen isn’t promoting BIG by publishing this – it’s just informing its readers of a large commission given to an architecture office. If this article was stating something about how amazing BIG’s proposal will be or the office’s work in general, then I would agree that it’s propaganda; this is like getting upset at BBC for reporting on the Syrian conflict too much!

Tie, there is a fine line between information and propaganda. It is not Dezeen’s business to promote a defined architect. This feels unethical and rather suspicious.

Uh… you don’t untie a Gordian knot. While Bjarke is young, I don’t think he is yet Alexander. I sincerely hope it goes well for the Smithsonian, but I’m not holding my breath.

@Tim @aleks Are you both upset that Dezeen, a website devoted to informing its readers of up to date information on the design world, is publishing multiple articles about a design firm who has commissions flowing through their office like water and has been blowing up for the past 5 years? People will bitch about anything.
