Competition: we've teamed up with international interior design studio YOO to give away five copies of their new book to Dezeen readers.
Congratulations to the winners: Brittney Collier in the United States, Filippo De Francesco in Germany, Sebnem Barker, Tom Wallace and Chloe Arthur in the UK. They each win a copy of Vertical Living.
Published by Thames and Hudson to mark YOO's 15th anniversary, Vertical Living looks at the interior designers who are helping to reimagine high-rise dwellings by turning apartment blocks into contemporary and environmentally-friendly homes.
Referring to these buildings as "vertical villages", the book also explores the design of communal spaces within these high-rise apartment blocks that are intended to bring neighbours together.
The 224-page hardback features interviews and project details from YOO's creative directors including Jade Jagger, Philippe Starck and Marcel Wanders.
It contains 140 colour photographs of some of the best apartment interiors from all over the world, in cities ranging from London and New York to Buenos Aires and Mumbai.
Vertical Living is written by journalist Dominic Bradbury in collaboration with YOO's founder, John Hitchcox.
