This week on Dezeen we featured the twisting towers that MAD completed near Toronto (above), OMA's plans for Sydney and MVRDV's pixellated bank headquarters in Oslo, plus we've selected our Dezeen Music Project track of the week.

Mostly Always Right is a funky, futuristic track by Newport-based producer 800xL, which we used for the soundtrack on our movie about Philips' new OLED technology this week.

OMA, Hassell and Populous to redevelop Sydney’s Darling Harbour

The new masterplan for Sydney’s convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct at Darling Harbour by OMA, Hassell and Populous (above) was labelled "completely ordinary" by our readers, while readers welcomed the use of brick in MVRDV's pixellated bank headquarters (below).

Meanwhile San Francisco city chiefs voted to allow the development of “micro apartments” in an attempt to alleviate the housing shortage in the US city, coinciding with reports that the American dream is “breaking down” as young people increasingly view homes as services rather than possessions.
