The Rocking Hotdog is among new pieces by Jaime Hayon and Nienke Klunder that will be presented in an exhibition of their work in London next month.

Called American Chateau, the exhibition at Spring Projects consists of functional and non functional works inspired by American popular culture and  European craft.

Shoe brand Camper has opened a new store in Tokyo by Spanish designer Jaime Hayón.

The store, on Omotesando Dori, is the latest interior by Hayón for Camper and follows stores in Milan, Berlin, Barcelona and London.

Hayon also designed a range of shoes for the Spanish brand last year.

Milan 09: Spanish designer Jaime Hayón launched TwentyTwo, a chair for Italian brand Ceccotti, in Milan last month.

The solid maple chair is so named because it is made from twenty-two pieces of timber.

It also features an upholstered seat and back, and has a leather-covered tray beneath the seat.

Designer Jaime Hayon has created a collection called Crystal Candy for French crystal brand Baccarat.

The range was presented in Paris at trade fair Maison et Objet, which ended yesterday, and at the Baccarat Salle de Bal on 22 January.

Pieces are produced in a limited edition of 25.
