Competition: we're giving readers the chance to win one of five graphic prints that depict iconic buildings by architects including Oscar Niemeyer, Zaha Hadid and Álvaro Siza.

Congratulations to the winners! Oliver Hans from Germany, Ondřej Švancara from the Czech Republic, Gergely Kenéz from Hungary, Alvaro Araico from Mexico and Babita Ram from the UK all won an illustration by André Chiote.

Portugese illustrator André Chiote created the series of architectural illustrations by simplifying images of recognisable buildings to emphasise their form and shadow.

Designs include MAC Niterói by Oscar Niemeyer, Fundação Iberê Camargo by Álvaro Siza, Mercedes Benz Museum by UNStudio, Museum of Islamic Art by I.M. Pei, Ningbo Museum by Wang Shu, Riverside Museum by Zaha Hadid, Whitney Museum by Marcel Breuer, MUSAC by Mansilla+Tuñón and Casa das Histórias Paula Rego by Eduardo Souto Moura.

The minimal graphics are slightly mottled and executed in faded colours to give a vintage feel.

Each poster is printed with the building's name and architect in typography chosen to compliment individual designs.

The posters to be won are 30 centimetres wide by 42 centimetres high, though they also come as 50 by 70 centimetre prints. Both sizes are available from the artist's Cargo Collective online shop.

French designer Jean-Sébastien Lagrange has created a cross between a poster and a lamp.

LEDs illuminate when a magnet at the bottom right corner is folded up to another, connecting the start and end of a conductive ink trail to complete the circuit.

Jean-Sébastien Lagrange claims that anyone can create the posters by printing the ink onto a sheet of paper in this graphic pattern.

The LEDs are scattered along the snaking pattern of the ink lines, with a row of the tiny lights running along the gentle fold to create a glowing uplight.

The bottom of the sheet is cut at an angle so it appears horizontal when the magnets are attached and wires hang behind the poster to connect the circuit to an electricity supply.

The lamp poster was created in collaboration with French design studio Chevalvert and is currently on display at the Biennale Saint-Étienne, which continues until the end of this month.

Other lights that use magnets include a magnetic concrete lamp and bike lights that turn on at contact with the frame..

Congratulations to the winners! Rebecca Woodroof from the UK, Liang Wu from the USA, Tekla Berecki from Romania, Susan Joudrey from Canada and Sébastien Dachy from Belgium all won a Colour of Popular Music or Song print.

Dorothy created the two new litho prints titled The Colour of Popular Music and The Colour of Song by searching through old record collections to find as many colour-related titles as possible.

The Colour of Popular Music includes the names of 154 bands and artists like Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Smashing Pumpkins.

576 song titles such as Back in Black, Goldfinger, Brown Sugar and Purple Rain feature on The Colour of Song poster.

The posters are 100 centimetres high by 70 centimetres wide and printed on 120gsm uncoated art paper.

Open editions of the prints to be won in this competition can be bought for £30 from Dorothy's online shop, along with signed and stamped limited editions for £100.

Graduate designer Jordon Cheung provides an alternative to the official London 2012 Olympic memorabilia with these posters and prints illustrating equipment for the Games.

The 17 Days of Summer series includes the Torch at its centre and medals close by, surrounded with bikes, rackets, javelins, oars, balls, sportswear and more, all picked out in a palette of five colours.

There's also a series of prints combining sporting equipment with the first letter of the relevant event.

"Designing anything linked to the games is very restrictive, so I opted not to include any official branding," says Cheung. More on that here.

He recently graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London, and the posters are available from Fab UK.

London designers Rizon have created a series of unofficial posters for businesses to sidestep strict marketing rules that prevent them publicising their involvement in the London 2012 Olympics.

Their Underground Supporter posters can be downloaded here and are designed to avoid infringing the guidelines published by Olympic organisers LOCOG.

"Working in the field of licensing and merchandising, the draconian way LOCOG has enforced the brand rules around small and medium enterprises wanting to show their support of the games has incensed us," says Rizon's managing director Dave Collins. "Total control for sponsors is not the Olympic spirit and certainly not in the spirit of British fair play."

He thinks LOCOG cold have generated revenue by creating a discrete official program called the 'official supporters program'. For a small fee businesses would be able to download a pack of approved marketing materials allowing them to demonstrate their support for the games.

New London Architecture chair Peter Murray wore a T-shirt listing all the architects and engineers involved in London 2012 but unable to promote their contribution at yesterday's Creative Industries Summit and made the design available to download via Dezeen Wire.
