Kiki van Eijk & Joost van Bleiswijk: Quality time.

Presentation Milan 2007

Dutch designers Kiki van Eijk and Joost van Bleiswijk present their new collection this year in a special setting.

They present their exclusive new interior products in a temporary home. Four abstract spaces are created with a content of four values that represent the good things in life; Food, Play, living, Sleeping. For ten days they live full time in this space where people can visit them and experience Quality Time!

Quality Time

Time is a very important theme in their new collection.

“We respect the old iconography and quality which we reshape with a strong personal touch All products are made with best quality materials and are very labour intensive. Our personal goal in design is to make products that are extremely special which withstand time because of their autonomous, personal and exclusive qualities.

Quality time has a social and emotional quality which we find very important in personal life. The title has a double meaning, because it refers to both the good things in life in emotional way, and quality in things that surround us. "
