The unisex Dome watch is now available from Dezeen Watch Store in three colours – black, gold and rose gold.
It features a domed glass lens and dots instead of indices for two of the three styles. Other details include hands with rounded tips and a spherical crown.
The brand – known for its playful use of shapes – was interested in how the rounded lens could refract and distort light and shadow.
"To date, most of our timepiece designs have been characterised by sharp lines and angular facets," AÃRK's Celica Austria told Dezeen.
"The Dome watch centred around the idea of circles," she explained. "We were conscious of ensuring both subtle and obvious references to circles within the aesthetic of the watch."
It has a smooth black Italian leather calf strap exclusive to Dezeen Watch Store, and references subtle details found in vintage timepieces.
"The consistent cross-hair marking throughout the three dial variations is a reference to vintage watch design," Austria said.
"Historically, the earliest wristwatches created were ornate and extravagant in nature so we wanted to achieve hints of luxury, restrained for contemporary taste."
The brand's popular Classic watch has also arrived at Dezeen Watch Store in a new colour and tortoiseshell case.
The new arrivals join Dezeen Watch Store's extensive collection of timepieces by AÃRK, which include a watch with a genuine marble dial and the Classic Neu timepiece with a dodecagon-shaped face.
AÃRK was launched by a team of four Melbourne-based creatives in 2014 with the aim of designing contemporary, minimalist timepieces for likeminded individuals.
