Longlisted for Dezeen Awards 2021 design studio of the year, SPREAD is a creative unit established by Haruna Yamada and Hirokazu Kobayashi.
By fusing landscape design thoughts capturing the environment over a long period of time with graphic design techniques to convey vivid visual impressions, we are able to expand our imagination and question the future by disassembling and reconstructing memories centered on colours. Our masterpiece, Life Stripe, is a 24-hour visualisation of behaviours, and the fact of simply creating beautiful striped patterns. We constantly provide heart-moving works with colors of art, space, and products.
