Gruppe GME has designed Casino Futur as an example of urban planning that emphasises a unique corner of Bremen in Germany.
The project encompasses three floors used as a think tank and community hub for sustainable collaboration under the name 'Casino Futur', with an apartment with a roof terrace on the third floor fulfilling the demand for contemporary urban living.
The structure's prominent corner situation is further accentuated by the elevation of the building and by the triangular folding applied to the façade. It represents a modern interpretation of the idea of urban planning from the Wilhelminian era, emphasizing corner situations through special architecture and ornamentation.
