Weston Walker

Architect Weston Walker leads Studio Gang’s New York office.

Walker graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, where he wrote a thesis exploring systems of meaning and perception in both musical and architectural spaces. Walker received his Master of Architecture degree from Yale University, where he was also awarded the AIA Henry Adams Medal.

As design principal, Walker leads teams on many of Studio Gang’s projects including the American Museum of Natural History extension; Solar Carve Tower, a glass tower "sculpted by the angles of the sun” to preserve views to New York’s High Line; the new US Embassy in Brazil; and a residential tower in Toronto, the studio’s first project in Canada.

Studio Gang was named in the top 300 most newsworthy forces in the design world in the 2017 Dezeen Hot List.
