Dezeen hosts party and talks at Stockholm Design Week 2019

Dezeen is launching this year's edition of Dezeen Awards and hosting a series of talks with leading architects and designers at Stockholm Design Week 2019.

Dezeen Awards 2019 opens for entries tomorrow and we will be celebrating in Stockholm with a party at Hotel At Six on Tuesday night.

The party follows a talk with street furniture brand Vestre, featuring Anna Lindgren and Sofia Lagerkvist of design studio Front, about the future of urban spaces.

On Wednesday, Dezeen editor-in-chief Marcus Fairs will host talks with Chinese architects Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, and French designer Matali Crasset at Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair.

Fairs is head of the jury for the furniture and lighting show's annual Editors' Choice design prize and will be presenting the awards to the winners at a ceremony following the talk.

Fairs will also moderate a talk about the future of craft featuring designers Alexander Lervik and Emma Marga Blanche of Stockholm design duo Farg & Blanche, in collaboration with lift brand Aritco.
