NL Architects win Groninger Forum

NL Architects have presented images of their competition-winning design for Groninger Forum, a new civic building in the northern Dutch town of Groningen.

The winning design was decided by professional jury and public vote, with NL Architects' design winning 25.1% of the total 21,565 votes cast.
