Catrinel S.tudio's Morfoza light offers viewers "otherworldly" experience

Morfoza is an ethereal lighting collection that Catrinel S.tudio is launching during the VDF x Ventura Projects collaboration.

Exhibitor: Catrinel S.tudio
Project title: Morfoza

The work of Catrinel S.tudio straddles product design, installation, and sculpture, and is rooted in material experiments, science and philosophy.

Its most recent project is an experimental lighting collection called Morfoza, which it is introducing as part of VDF x Ventura Projects.

Morfoza encourages viewers to "drift away into a realm of otherworldly light" by producing mesmerising bursts of colour and dynamic motifs. It is available in two different sizes and fixtures.

The colour effects are produced by white light passing through interchangeable discs that are lined with "humble materials" like plastic film. The studio hopes that using simple materials in this way will encourage people to question how they perceive everyday objects.
