The M+ museum in Hong Kong is organising a series of online discussions to introduce Archigram’s work to new audiences through encounters between members of the Archigram group and architects, scholars, students and the wider public.

Titled Archigram Cities, the events aim to expand readings of avant-garde architecture collective Archigram’s practice through a series of online sessions. The symposium includes presentations by historians and architects such as Atelier Bow-Wow's Tsukamoto Yoshiharu, Mark Wigley, and Liam Young.

The programme is part of M+ International, a platform for partnership with institutions around the world that addresses shared interests and challenges as well as M+ Matters, a series of discussions that inform the museum’s curatorial approach. It is also in collaboration with the Department of Architecture at the University of Hong Kong and the Power Station of Art in Shanghai.

During Virtual Design Festival, Dezeen released an exclusive video series with Archigram. Watch the video series on Dezeen.

Archigram Cities takes place online from 4 to 21 November 2020.
