The RCA Architecture Summer School is an intense and immersive architecture and interior design short course offering design studio experience, visits, lectures and skills training over six days in July at our Kensington campus in London.
Ideal preparation for master's study, you will be given the opportunity to experience the environment and methodologies of spatial design studies at the RCA while preparing material that can contribute to your design portfolio.
The course is aimed at people with an undergraduate degree in design or a demonstrably creative background.
The course is taught by staff from the MA Architecture and MA Interior Design programmes, with access to facilities, small class sizes, practical group work, rich interaction between students and academics, trips and visits to sites in London, enhanced peer-to-peer networking and a certificate of achievement on completion.
In summer 2022, invited guest tutors Dyvik Kahlen Architects are joining the course team. Based in London, Porto and Oslo, the architecture practice was established by Christopher Dyvik and Max Kahlen in 2010. The practice operates across various scales and sectors in the UK, Holland, Germany and Norway. They bring incredible experience and have taught on the RCA MA programmes for five years.
There is an early bird discount until Friday 3 June 2022. Find out more and book now as places are limited.
