BA (Hons) Interior Design at Regent's University London

BA (Hons) Interior Design at Regent's University London aims to teach students how to shape the way that people experience the spaces where they live, work and connect.

Regent's BA (Hons) Interior Design offers a personalised, industry-connected degree that combines creative experimentation, technical development and professional practice, supporting students to develop an individual design voice and distinctive portfolio.

Based in the heart of London's Regent's Park, on an 11-acre private campus with on-site accommodation available, students benefit from a close creative network while using London as a design laboratory. Through live briefs, site-based projects and engagement with practitioners, they respond to interiors, buildings and stakeholders across the city.

Students develop ideas through drawing, model-making, material experimentation, full-scale testing and digital design. They gain skills in sketching, CAD, 3D modelling, prototyping and visual communication, using professional software and specialist facilities including 3D printing and laser cutting.

The course explores interior design beyond aesthetics, considering materiality, atmosphere, inhabitation and the ways spaces shape wellbeing, identity and belonging. Students learn to create adaptive, inclusive and sustainable interiors while responding to environmental, cultural and commercial contexts.

With small class sizes, industry engagement, opportunities for placements and study abroad within a community representing more than 130 nationalities, Regent’s offers an ambitious, internationally connected education for the next generation of interior designers.
