thank god eu decided to fade out conventional bulbs starting THIS YEAR! the time for lazy designers is over. think of high quality light using irc-halogen, cfl or led! save the planet!

Will an energy saving bulb look as nice in this? Why design something for an incandescent light bulb? In 1 or 2 years this thing will be obsolete.

Besides the critics above the lamp’s proportions are not well balanced in my opinion…not to mention the quality of its light.

Obselete? I wouldnt doubt an aesthetic eco bulb will soon be available which will look just like this one

Dude,
Changing typology, shifting user scenarios, making the banal into luxurious.
Been there done that! But much respect to the efforts of the designers.
