German studio Ding3000 has tweaked different types of drinking glasses to create a family of vessels that takes up less space in the cupboard.
Ding3000 designed the La Famiglia set for Danish brand QDO, after discovering that none of the company's existing glassware matched in shape or size.
"Looking at our kitchen, we have a lot of individual glasses but usually they do not go well together," said Ding3000 cofounder Carsten Schelling.
"The wine glass can not be stacked into the juice glass and vice versa," he said.
The studio created four shapes of drinking vessels that share the same height and similar widths. A chalice, a stem glass and two tumblers all fit into each other to keep cupboards tidy.
The products are mouth-blown from common soda-lime glass.
