Competition: win tickets to New Designers showcase of UK graduate projects

Competition: Dezeen has teamed up with graduate show New Designers to offer readers the chance to win one of five pairs of tickets to the event, taking place in London from 29 June to 9 July 2016 (+ slideshow).

Located at the Business Design Centre in Islington, New Designers 2016 will showcase the projects of over 3,000 graduates from the UK's leading universities and design colleges.

Dezeen is media partner for this year's event, which will mark its 31st edition.

The exhibition is split into two parts. The first runs from 29 June to 2 July 2016 and focuses on textiles, jewellery and ceramics projects.

Part two presents furniture and product design, illustration and motion arts from 6 to 9 July 2016. Dezeen readers can win tickets to attend one of the two parts.

Each winner will receive a pair of standard day tickets, allowing access on a day of their choice.

During the event, an exhibition called One Year On will also display work by over 50 entrepreneurial designers in their first year of business.

The exhibited work is available to purchase or commission, so visitors to One Year On can buy directly from designers at the show.

New Designers 2016 will also feature a programme of talks, with speakers including Not On the High Street CEO Simon Belsham, Design Museum curator Margaret Cubbage and Design Studio's Ben Wright in conversation with Design Council's chief executive John Mathers.

This competition is now closed. Five winners will be selected at random and notified by email, and their name will be published at the top of this page. Dezeen competitions are international and entries are accepted from readers in any country.
