Dezeen at IKEA Festival: student design competition features on day four

Design students pitch their ideas for new IKEA products on Friday at IKEA Festival, which will also feature live art and jazz performances. Discover the full programme in Dezeen's latest morning briefing video.

IKEA's Democratic Design Challenge will see six students from around the world present new product propositions to a jury including IKEA's head of design Marcus Engman.

Other happenings around the festival include a live jazz band, while illustrator Kevin Lyons will be adding to his mural, which he started working on at the begining of the week.
