Dezeen Debate features "bad acid trip" building proposal

The architectural studio's proposal, dubbed Rotterdam Rocks!, was the winner of social enterprise Shift's competition to design a €240 million landmark in the city.

Commenters are unsure about the choice, with one saying that the design "looks like something Shrek would throw up". Another unimpressed reader wrote, "It looks like a bad acid trip."
