The Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development course at Tulane University trains students in real estate finance and design through internships and client-based projects.

The degree is an interdisciplinary graduate program that prepares students from a broad array of backgrounds to become effective and influential participants in the fields of real estate finance, design and development.

We equip our graduates with a blended education in business, economics, sustainable design, urbanism and legal issues.

The majority of coursework will be delivered through synchronous online classes held in the evening. Students will also participate in short in-person, high-impact field experiences.
