Kokaistudios has designed the Nio Delivery Center in Shanghai, China.

Kokaistudios has created a lifestyle-oriented space design for Nio's largest delivery centre.

"The building is located in a renovated factory area and its louvred facade is extremely eye-catching," said Kokaistudios. "It immediately became a new local landmark after the completion of the project."

Dynamic, open, cordial and hospitable, these design keywords come together to turn an originally neglected industrial base into a striking brand image beacon and convey Nio's user-first philosophy to the public.

The existing building consists of three connected volumes: the first block is an office space and the other two blocks combine functions such as reception, waiting and rest areas and can also be used as a venue for future events.

This project has been shortlisted in the workplace project category of Dezeen Awards China 2023.
