RooMoo Design Studio has developed the interior design for the B3 bistro in Shenzhen, China.

Located in Coco Park, B3 is a bistro designed by RooMoo Design Studio. The design concept is derived from the brand, consisting of the initials of brunch, bistro and bar and emphasising the significance of time to B3.

"[The] Shenzhen Futian B3 restaurant and bar is developed around the brand naming method of B3, which consists of the [B] initials of Brunch, Bistro and Bar," told RooMoo.

The common use of stainless steel mirrors with rough surface textures (such as brick or white wavy elements) contrasts with the warm gradient colours of the brick, where the differentiated use of small indoor spaces and the mobility of outdoor areas are important design directions for this project.

In addition, the bar is located in the centre of the main entrance, separating the dining area from the kitchen area and forming a functional centre that also helps the kitchen and bar to serve food and drinks.

This project has been shortlisted in the restaurant and bar interior category of Dezeen Awards China 2023.
