Studioiiid has designed the Frame series, a natural packaging alternative.

"The Frame packaging series embodies the act of collecting everyday textures and touches," said Studioiiid.

In the Frame series, the encapsulation process imitates the pouring process, where the frame and the medium are cast in one piece: the medium is not only a supporting and connecting structure but also a display of texture.

"After living at home for a long time, people gradually yearn for outdoor life and the natural environment," added Studioiiid. "We hope to express our worship of nature through lifestyle design."

The cork-made collection is presented as side tables, benches and shelves and is manufactured in Shenzhen.

This project has been shortlisted in the furniture design category of Dezeen Awards China 2023.
