Craftspace presents the Made in the Middle: Contemporary craft from the Midlands exhibition at Leicester Gallery, De Montfort University, featuring a selection of artwork celebrating the Midlands.

The exhibition includes pieces from 37 local artists that intend to reflect the region's post-industrial past and its growing identity informed by migration.

A variety of techniques and disciplines will be on display, including textiles, ceramics, mixed media, jewellery, metalwork and bio-materials, from both emerging artists and those with established practices.
