Design Week Mexico hosts its 17th edition in 2025, following the theme Designed in Mexico.

The theme explores how local design can transform the economy, society and culture through a programme of installations, pavilions, exhibitions, tours and pop-up showrooms.

Each year, the festival hosts Design House, an exhibition that welcomes architects and designers to transform a chosen venue – this year, located in the city's Lomas de Chapultepec neighbourhood.

Additionally, for each edition, the festival partners with a nation to celebrate its relationship with Mexico, with this year's Guest Country being Argentina.
