Kitchen and bath brand Kohler launches its latest finish, titled Pearlized, at Design Miami during the city's 2025 art week.
The iridescent finish, created with artist David Franklin, debuts on the Kohler Derring Carillon Artist Editions sink, designed by artisans from the village of Kohler in Wisconsin, USA.
The new finish is displayed in a dream-like installation that responds the the fair's theme Make.Believe., created by the founder and creative director of Crosby Studios, Harry Nuriev, whose work often crosses the boundaries between art, architecture and sensory design.
The exhibition explores Franklin's previous experimental works with iridescent materials at the art residency program Kohler MakerSpace.
Kohler at Design Miami by Harry Nuriev takes place from 2 to 7 December 2025 at Design Miami, Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami, Florida 33139, USA.
