Design Doha Biennial 2026
Design Doha Biennial returns in 2026, hosting its second edition with a programme of exhibitions, installations, awards, talks and other events.
The programme celebrates a range of design disciplines from the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia (MENASA) region.
Programme highlights include the Arab Design Now 2026 exhibition, curated by architect Noura Al Sayeh, that spotlights 78 commissioned works and 15 films from 81 designers.
The festival was established by Qatar Museums chairperson Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, with Fahad Al Obaidly serving as the biennial’s director and Glenn Adamson as artistic director.
Design Doha Biennial 2026 takes place from 5 November 2026 to 31 January 2027 at various locations in Doha, Qatar.
