Governmental institute Creative Hungary and its brand-focused arm Budapest Selects host their fifth consecutive exhibition during Milan design week.
Named Patterns of Being and curated by Hungarian arts consultant Hanna Imre, the exhibition spotlights 65 pieces of art, furniture and objects by 26 Hungarian designers and brands.
The showcase outlines five key categories: Current, Aspiration, Fate, Cycle and Responsibility.
On 21 April, Creative Hungary partners with Dezeen to host a talk moderated by design and environment editor Jennifer Hahn, exploring the evolution of Hungarian design.
Budapest Select – Patterns of Being takes place from 21 to 26 April 2026 at Via Olmetto 1, 20123 Milan, Italy.
