Chinese automotive company Nio hosts an immersive installation in Milan's Brera Design District during the city's design week, developed under the company's small electric car brand, Firefly.

The exhibition explores hot rod culture, referring to the post-world war two subculture that experimented with car modification, in the contemporary electric vehicle industry.

The classic garage, converted into a contemporary display space, guides guests on a journey of light, sound and materiality as they follow and engage with the evolution of vehicles.
