Rupinder is a founding director of Dezeen. She ran the company together with Dezeen's late founder and editor-in-chief Marcus Fairs for many years and now sits on its board.

Rupinder is a modern languages and European studies graduate with a background in television documentaries. Before Dezeen, she worked for the BBC and independent production companies including October Films and Windfall Films working as a production manager on many award-winning documentaries.
