Spa Room
Ondi has designed the interiors of Spa Room, a leisure and wellness project in Beijing, China.
Ondi was invited to participate in the design and landed a 300-square-metre spa massage parlour located in Jiuxianqiao in Beijing.
"The client needed [us] to create seven massage rooms, two staff lounges, three bathrooms, two shower rooms, as well as a rest area and front desk within the limited space," said Ondi.
As a result, the space makes use of bold curvature and a warm colour palette.
"We hoped to use this expressive technique to give each guest a sense of security, thereby releasing stress and anxiety," added Ondi.
This project has been shortlisted in the leisure and wellbeing interior category of Dezeen Awards China 2025.
