Please describe the existing building and an explanation of why it was chosen (maximum 250 words).

Description of your idea

Please describe your proposal to modernise the building, explaining in detail how it meets the judging criteria set out in the brief and rules: innovation, heritage, progression and sustainability (maximum 500 words).
