Providing unparalleled access to globally successful creative entrepreneurs, artists and designers, this short course at the world's top university for art and design is your gateway to building your business, markets and team.

Learn from entrepreneurs, artists and designers, alongside Royal College of Art (RCA) academics and the founders of successful start-ups from the award winning incubator InnovationRCA, who will share how they successfully initiate, drive and manage creative projects and businesses.

Guest contributors for the 2025 programme include, Patrik Schumacher, principal at Zaha Hadid Architects; Jack Godfrey Wood, founder of Heirloom; Paul Hitchman, global COO of AWAL; Mika Kanayama, founder of Muzu Design; Rosey Blackmore, licensing and merchandise director at the Tate; Sam Bompas, co-founder of creative studio Bompas and Parr; and Chelsea Chen, co-founder Emotech. More guest speakers will be announced soon.

This course is based at the RCA's Rausing Research and Innovation Building, designed by Herzog and de Meuron, with off-site visits to studios and creative spaces across London.

The course has been developed in collaboration with Philip Dodd and Enrica Costamagna from the award-winning agency Made in China UK and Nadia Danhash, director of InnovationRCA – the RCA's centre for entrepreneurship and commercialisation – which provides incubation, IP and business support.
