Baglietto, one of the oldest and most prestigious shipyards in the world, is the host and organiser of Officina Baglietto – a "talent garden" where young designers can specialise in conceiving design items inspired by the superyacht brand Baglietto.

This is one of the most exclusive talent gardens in the world, allowing young designers to create a real connection with one of the main luxury brands made in Italy and opening prestigious professional opportunities.

The talent program offers seven scholarships for the full coverage of the enrollment fee for the best candidates.

With three days per week of attendance for two months, the talent program has a very practical approach. It is articulated in training workshops held by illustrious professionals in the field, aiming to offer specialised knowledge in product design for the luxury sector.

The training program also includes a design workshop under the tutorship of the firm led by Michele de Lucchi, one of the most prominent designers on the contemporary stage in Milan, the landmark city for international design.

During the design workshop, the students will develop product design collections for Baglietto's fan base and shipowners.

At the end of the design workshop, Baglietto will evaluate the projects developed and the related possibility to produce and launch on the market the ideas of the students, whose careers would get a significant boost.
