Architecture centre Architecture Sarasota hosts its ninth annual festival Mod Weekend.

The three-day event includes an exhibition, symposium and tours of Sarasota's architecture.

This year's exhibition and symposium theme is Tropical Modernism: Climate and Design, addressing how environmental conditions can influence the function, form and aesthetic of design.

The programme of tours includes kayaking around Siesta Key, the Healy Guest House and Revere Quality House, and Lido Shores.

Architecture Sarasota’s Mod Weekend 2022 takes place from 11 to 13 November 2022 at various locations in Sarasota, Florida.
